What we collect

We do not require an account and we do not ask you to register. In ordinary use we collect only what any web server records: the pages requested, the referring page, approximate location derived from your IP address, and general device and browser information. This is used in aggregate to understand which pages are read and where they are read from.

If you email us, we hold the message and your address for as long as needed to deal with it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies on this site fall into two groups. Functional cookies remember display preferences and keep the site working. Analytics cookies help us count visits and see which pages are useful.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and doing so will not prevent you reading anything here. Blocking cookies may affect how affiliate tracking works, which is described next.

Affiliate tracking, described plainly

When you follow an outbound link to an operator, the destination link carries an identifier telling that operator the visit came from this site, and from which page. If you subsequently open an account, the operator can attribute it to us and pay a commission. This is how the site is funded and it is disclosed at the foot of every page.

Two things are worth being clear about. We do not receive your name, your account details, your balance, your betting activity or any document you give an operator; attribution reporting reaches us in aggregate. And once you land on an operator's site you are subject to its privacy policy rather than ours, including whatever identity data it collects. That is a separate relationship and worth reading before you deposit.

Third parties

We use standard analytics and hosting providers that process technical data on our behalf. Fonts and similar assets may be served from third-party infrastructure, which involves your browser making a request to that provider. We do not sell personal information, and we do not run advertising networks that build profiles across other sites.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, to object to certain processing, or to opt out of its sale, which in our case does not occur. Because we hold very little, in most cases the answer will be that we have nothing beyond server logs and any email you sent us. Write to [email protected] and we will tell you what we hold and act on a valid request.

Browser level controls also apply: Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals, cookie blocking, and private browsing all reduce what is recorded.

Retention and security

Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and aggregate analysis, then discarded. Email correspondence is kept while it is needed. We take reasonable technical measures to protect what we hold, and we hold as little as possible, which is the more effective protection.

Children

This site is intended for adults of legal gambling age and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone below it. If you believe a minor has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes and contact

We will update this page and the date above if our practices change. Questions go to [email protected] or through our contact page.
