Grizz Cup

About Grizz Cup

One question, covered properly: what does a betting site actually require before it takes your money, and what does it require later?

What this site is for

Most coverage of betting sites without verification treats the phrase as a yes or no. It is not. A book that takes an email address and a crypto deposit is in a different position from one that takes contact details up front and documents later, and both get filed under the same label.

Grizz Cup exists to separate those cases. That means naming the rungs of anonymity rather than repeating a marketing claim, pricing a bonus as turnover rather than as a percentage, and being explicit that no operator we cover is supervised by a United States regulator.

How we test

Rankings follow the five weighted criteria set out in how we rate. Figures come from operator sources and carry the date they were checked. Where a claim would need data we have not verified, we leave it out and say so on the page rather than filling the gap with a confident guess.

How we make money

When a reader opens an account through a link here, the operator pays us a commission. It costs the reader nothing and changes nothing about what we publish. Rankings are set before commercial considerations, operators do not review pages before publication, and placement is not for sale. The disclosure appears at the foot of every page.

Editorial independence

The clearest test of independence is whether a site will criticise something it earns from. On our main ranking we say that the largest bonus on the page carries a turnover commitment most readers should not take, that the highest rollover on the lineup is the least efficient offer at small stakes, and that our eleventh-ranked book is underrated for anyone who bets esports. Those are all links we earn on.

Responsible gambling

Betting is entertainment with a financial cost, not a way to make money, and every operator here sets a minimum age. If it stops being entertainment there are free, confidential tools and helplines, and our responsible gambling page lists them along with the deposit limits and self-exclusion options worth setting before you need them.

Contact

Corrections, questions about a rating, and press enquiries all go through our contact page. We correct errors on the page rather than quietly.
